Dr. Fashi graduated from Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1997 and started working in the field of cosmetics in 2005. He founded the Nikan Beauty Clinic in Tehran and was one of the pioneers of mesotherapy in Iran. In 2014, he received a certification in cosmetics from the TAFE Australia Institute.
In 2018, he obtained certifications in botox injections, filler injections, mesotherapy, microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and facials from the College of CNTAA in Canada. In 2024, he completed a Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College in England. He also founded the MAC Beauty Clinic in Toronto, Canada, and has been active in the field of cosmetic medicine in Canada since 2018. He has published numerous articles on mesotherapy and the treatment of skin lesions
